Jericho 1.03 Four Horsemen

After being able to watch it with my complete attention I am now ready to give you my thoughts. This was another good episode. Two more Topeka references! I can't wait to find out what state Topeka is in! Also a nice reference to the good people in Goodland! Where were those tanks coming from? Most likely they were headed towards Denver, but as I have learned from Lost and other TV shows, to never assume anything. And where were the F16's headed?
The biggest thing was the Asian broadcast that they picked up. I got a screen capture of it, but you can't see the west coast because of the lamp in the way. But Texas was definitely hit. Everything else looked to be what we had seen before. There were 2 of the graphics on California though. According to the Asian broadcast (if it were attack points) there was no attack on Kansas City. But the black box says otherwise. I am going to go with the black box. So now Kansas City is gone. This most likely means that Topeka and Lawrence are just going to die from radiation poisoning. So now we know of 8 different attack points. What happened to Shep out there? His radioing back was all static but I heard him say "Tell the family I'm sorry". Hmmm, could he have given up, gotten hurt? So the reason the Mayor was passed out in his office is because of the flu? I don't know about that. I think they might be covering something up so people don't panic. Emily's fiancé survived. I wonder how long it will take for him to get back to Jericho. Why won't Hawkins’s let his family attend the picnic? What did he mean by, we are not ready? Why was he so willing to go on Jake's expedition and leave his family behind? What else does he have in his little storage unit besides guns? And what is in the barrel? Why is he building a cinderblock wall around it? This guy keeps getting fishier and fishier.
If Jericho keeps up with shows like this I will not be giving up on it.
Until my thoughts on Supernatural's next episode,
Namaste
