This was quite an episode, let's delve in.
On The Beach:
Claire comes up with an actual clever way to get a message to the outside world via seagulls. Sun and Jin help her try and catch one, but Desmond shoots his gun and scares them off. Meanwhile Charlie is hiding at camp and fights with Claire a lot because he won't help her. Claire gets suspicious and follows Desmond and finds him capturing one of the birds so Charlie doesn't die again. He tells her everything also. Claire writes a long note and attaches it to the bird and it flies away.
Flashback:
We start the flashbacks with Claire wrecking her car with her mom in it and puts her in the hospital as a vegetable. But someone is paying for everything. That person is none other than Christian Shepard, Claire's dad. I guess in "Two For The Road" the woman at the door refusing Christian to let him see Claire was the aunt, cause mom doesn't wake up from her coma. The last scene is Claire apologizing to her mom about the fight they had in the car, and tells her she's pregnant.
The Rescue Party:
Our not-so-marry band of rescuers argue a lot, mostly Locke and Sayid. Kate asks Mikhail how he got here and Mikhail tells her on the submarine. But if you leave the island now you can't come back because of the hatch explosion knocked the water beckon offline. Kate asks why would you want to come back, and Mikhail says she's not capable of understanding. Mikhail also says that they weren't on the list, that they are flawed and starts naming things about them, and that the Locke he knew was par...Danielle cuts him off, but I'm guessing he was going to say paralyzed. The also says that Ben isn't Him. They reach some pylon fence before Mikhail can tell them more about themselves. Locke throws Mikhail through the fence and kills him. Because sonic waves can make your brain turn to mush. They decide to climb over it and discover C4 in Locke's bag. Why did he take it? Is he really going to blow up every hatch? If he knew what would happen at the Flame, why did he still do it? Sayid sounds like a wife a lot, saying "we'll talk about this later" but we never get to see the conversations. They finally get over the pylons and reach the Others camp, only to find Jack playing catch with Tom looking all very happy. Does this mean Jack is apart of them, or just playing along? I guess we'll find out next week. There's finally a new Supernatural episode tomorrow, so until then,
Namaste
