Reporter

Jessica Drew is the Problem Solver Reporter for 49 News. What she loves most about this beat is being able to help people. One of her passions is reaching out and helping those around her, so it was natural for her to enhance the 49 News Team in this way.
She came to Topeka all the way from Georgia. After she found out what this station was all about, it was an easy decision to make the move to the Midwest.
Jessica was born and raised in Georgia. She attended Georgia Southern University on a HOPE scholarship. Jessica was also a cheerleader for the university and loves competitive cheerleading. Jessica coached cheerleading and served on a college ministry team, during her four years in school.
When Jessica moved here, she adopted a rescue dog; her name is Grace. Jessica loves to take Grace to the Bark Park. She loves living in the Midwest, and is happy to call Topeka home. She loves meeting new people, so if you see Jessica out in the community stop her and say hi.
